My house located in Pardelhas, just a few Kilometers from Vila Nova de Cerveira. A Spectacular place for holidays with the family. Great spaces, fully decorated. Swimming pool open all year (but usable when there's good weather, usually from April to September). Very quiet and charming.
This property is a Big Villa in the North of Portugal. Very Quiet and perfect for a family or group of friends vacation. It has 4 nice bedrooms (one with double bed, and 3 bedrooms (with 2 single beds in each one) and a big ward (with 3 triple bunk beds ). In every bedrooms (including the ward) there is an en suite bathroom (5 in total). There's a toilet to serve the Living Room.
Depending on the number of guests, you will have access to different number of Bedrooms.
The standard price on the listing will give access to 10 people (which means you will have access to 2 bedrooms (4 people) plus the ward (6 single beds), but I advise you to make a quote request and I will make a quote according to the distribuition you mention on your request.
Nevertheless, the house will only be for you because I will not book the house to more than one group of guests at the same time. You will be the only group of people staying in the complete property.
It has a spacious and bright living room, dining room with seating for all guests; Modern kitchen (oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher and clothes, refrigerator and freezer, microwave and other small appliances) overlooking the beautiful gardens of my property.
Outside: 10 acres of property with a natural pond and a small stream perfect to perform an unforgettable dinner in the long, warm summer evenings. The Swimming pool (3x12 meters) and we supply a tables, umbrellas, chairs and loungers. We also have a Ping Pong Table.

Surroundings:
Between the river and the mountain, Vila Nova de Cerveira is located on the left bank of Minho River, which establishes the border with Spain, and is limited to northeast with the municipality of Valença, Paredes de Coura to the east, Ponte de Lima to the south, and Caminha to south-southwest. Vila Nova de Cerveira was established by the King Denis of Portugal on 1 October 1321, who also ordered the construction of the castle that still dominates the town center.
There's a small market (for the basics) at about 3,5km from the house and a large supermarket, in the city Vila Nova de Cerveira, at 8km. This city has all types of shops.
How to go there:
The house is Located 94 km from the airport of Porto and 7 km from Vila Nova de Cerveira Railway Station. Car hire is recommended so you can explore all the beautiful places on the area and enjoy our great beaches. At 25 km from Paredes the Coura (Indie Music Festival in the summer) and at 60km from Peneda-Gerês National Park, also known simply as Gerês, is the only national park in Portugal. The Spanish Border is just at 25Km and the beautiful spanish city of Vigo at 55Km, you will have the opotunity to visit 2 european countries in the same vacations.
Cerveira is prodigal territory in natural resources, of rare beauty, a symbiosis of hills and valleys, conducive to tourism practice in nature. Secular history, valuable built heritage, traditions, cuisine and folklore, are features that distinguish and differentiate this county.
