"Dealing with customer service over the phone is a nightmare. I didn't get an email with my passcode to get in, and when I did it wouldn't work. The very next day, I had to call again since they deactivated my code for some reason. "Stayed 1 night in Oct 2023. Very tiny village not so far from Montserrat. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fine. Very narrow streets. Instructions at the hotel front door to contact the owner by phone to get a code to enter the property. Also instructions to get to the parking lot indicates to go against a one way street (for a very short distance...) Overall we were happy of this hotel and would stay again !"
