"Samia was the perfect host - keeping in communication if needed. The location of the villa is perfect - 2 minutes walk to Calafat cove beach. I would highly recommend hiring a car or bringing your own vehicle as the local trains are hit and miss. It is possible to walk to the local town for shops but for a big group it is easier to load shopping in to a car. The villa had great amenities for children - including paddleboard and table tennis. The outdoor shower is a joy! We would love to come...

"My friends and I went to this property (7 people) in June 2019. We arrived quite early to the house (16:00) and check in was at 17:00 so we waited our contact in the area to come. At 17:00 she didn't came, nor at 18:00 or 19:00. We tried calling her but due to an error, we ended up with a Spanish number with 8 digits, instead of 9 (a number with less than 9 numbers in Spain doesn't exist). "Our stay there was great. The house is spacious, there are 2 separate flats. It is fully equiped with everything you need. Every room has an air-conditioning unit. The pool is big, clean, there is an outdoor shower and toilet. In the garden there is a barbecue with a seating area. The beaches are close, sea water is incredibly clear. Not far from the house there is Mercadona, some restaurants. If you want to do some sightseeing, I´d recommend Tarragona and its Roman monuments, Reus with a Gaudí...

"The property looks amazing and is very close to the beach. Unfortunately we had a few issues, one of the showers did not have hot water which we had to get sorted, the light in the main bedroom was hanging by the wire and the basement bedroom flooded which caused the electricity to fail. I notified the owner and VRBO but I am yet to have a resolution or even a reply from the owner. The property is for sale and maybe that is why it is lacking some maintenance."
