"We had a perfect holiday here! The house was clean, well equipped to cook and spend the days. Small excursions to Koper, Izola, Piran, Cerkno as well as the surrounding small villages made this place a perfect destination to travel from. The host was very dedicated and helpful and gave us great travel advise! Thank you!"

"Really nice place to stay. Our room was very small but we knew this in advance. We were there during a heatwave so the pool was amazing. The airconditioning is also great. Breakfast is good, really nice pistachio croissants. The restaurant next to the hotel is a nice place to eat. Only negatives thing would be that the hotel is a bit noisy, you can hear people in the hallway in the morning for example. "

"I love the area. Plus my family lives around there so it's convenient. Bus transport is great. And it's a 15-20 minute walk downtown. I did not like my apartment. I had 3 windows facing an airshaft and one with light and air. I should have requested a different apartment but I think I was just too tired from the trip."

We stayed two nights but there were only two coffee pods and no explanation of how to use the machine . Some milk would have been nice as well . Not much provided in the way of breakfast either but that’s my only complaint. I don’t think it had air conditioning as well but it didn’t matter for us and I can’t...

Management was super helpful and friendly. If driving, finding it can be a little tricky given the small streets and pedestrian zones, so get clear directions in advance and not just the map on the phone. "

The apartment living space was large but the kitchen was small if one had the intention to actually cook in it. However for coffee, use of a refrigerator and a light breakfast, it was fine. I appreciated the washer at this point on our trip and it worked well. Parking was about a 10 minute walk away on mostly flat ground. The Pri Mari restaurant next door was very good. "

"We had a bucket list trip to Italy and this hotel was the best place, and really made our trip memorable and terrific! We especially loved Erika, who we called because we were lost in our car’s navigation trying to find it. Erika calmed us down and said on the phone “you’re ok, you’re close, and I’m going to stay on the phone with you until you get here” and then she quickly helped us understand why the valet service was the best route, much better than trying to find a parking spot on those busy streets! She also helped us reconfigure our room, because we had reserved it wrong, and needed an extra bed. We couldn’t have been more high maintenance, and Erika (and the housekeeping staff) could not have been more kind, accommodating and friendly. Really helpful to panicky tourists just trying to squeeze every minute into a short but meaningful vacation. She really is the superstar of the place, although the room was amazing, and the breakfast buffet deserves 10 stars. Terrific place!"
