"Clean, in fact very clean. Well stocked with kitchenware, bath towels and pretty much anything else you need. The property owners are welcoming and available, if you should need them. This is our second year at the property for a group of 6 friends who used to camp outdoors in the winter. This place is warm and comfortable with nice views of the woods and lake. "

"We were in town for a friends wedding. This place was only 12 minutes from the venue. We brought my brother and his fiance to watch our kids with us. This place was very nice with plenty of room for all of us. We played outside and had plenty of privacy. It was a 30 minute drive to the St Louis Zoo which we visited. "We loved our short stay here. It was very cozy. The view was beautiful. The host was easy to communicate with. It was clean. The only 2 things that were disappointing were that there was not a lighter to start the fireplace and the resort's restaurant was closed for a chunk of the winter season, which it did not say on the Innsbrook website so we were surprised to learn that our dinner plans had to change. Other than that, we did enjoy our time here!"

"This was my first stay at a Hyatt Place but not Hyatt chain. I did like that I was able to order something to eat after 8 pm which is not always possible with most hotels. Also, the complimentary breakfast was very good and the front desk staff was super friendly. While Hyatt Place might cost a little more than your typical budget friendly hotel, it is definitely worth the price."
