"Fabulous centrally-located hotel that served us well as a family during a rail trip across mainland Europe. Great breakfast buffet too. Only snag was that we were given a wrong room on check in but this was immediately resolved. "

"Spent amazing 3 nights at the thermen resort. Reception staff was extremely helpful in providing free train service card, directions for free laundry within the hotel. Apart from the wonderful sauna and infrared cabins to use, the amazing surprise was the restaurant in the next door hotel serving avocado vegan samosas(mouthwatering). "

"It is located in the middle of a shopping street. Google map directed us to the back of the hotel. Friendly service. They prepared us 3 bags of breakfast at 6am as we needed to check out early. Great stopover between cities. Beatiful church and buildings. Convenience stores are just round the corner. Strongly recommended to stay here if you are in Villach."

"Hotel City is ideal for a short or extended stay in Villach. Courteous and friendly staff, comfortable rooms and excellent staff. A great breakfast is included in price. Location couldn’t be better-across square from railway station, beside bus terminal and convenient to centre of town which is only a few minutes stroll. Highly recommended "

"I spent one night at Hotel Warmbaderh. It was absolutely lovely. The hotel arranged for my pickup/dropoff at the bus station. The staff were friendly and helpful.The room and facilities were clean. The dinner and breakfast were delicious! I used the spa at the hotel as well as the included spa services at Terme Karnten. I'm already trying to find a time to go back for longer, as I discovered that there are extensive hiking trails adjacent to the hotel as well. It is a little pricey during the...

"We weren’t expecting much, just a basic room as Villach was just a stopover for us not a place we intended to spend a lot of time. The room was damp and had a musty smell. It’s probably better in the nice weather when you can open the side door and sit outside or go for a swim (the pool was full of leaves and flowers that needed to be cleaned out). "

"Comfortable and well maintained, this was excellent value for a one week stay. It is a short walk from bus & train stops, and a slightly longer walk to the centre, but nothing too strenuous. Oh, and the WiFi is very fast. "

"We really enjoyed our time here. The owner warmed it in advance so that we would be comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and the bathroom was nice as well. We loved having a tub for the children to bathe in. We also enjoyed the sauna/wellness room very much, but it is a separate entrance and is a shared space."

"Huisje was super maar het huisje ligt ergens in een dorpje bij Villach waar niks te doen is. Je hebt de auto overal voor nodig. Hond mag niet aan de Silbersee, maar er is een apart gedeelte voor honden waar hij wel aan het water mag. Als je van rust en luxe houdt is dit een geweldig huisje."
