"Beautifully decorated and extremely clean, the breakfast was also delicious! Great location and within walking distance to the centre of Noto. Communication with them prior too and during our stay was exceptional and they were very accommodating. All staff were super friendly and welcoming! "Well kept room just outside of the main region of town - easy walking distance, and close to street parking (EasyPark Payment App), or to a parking station just around the corner (more expensive). Instructions to access the property were provided via whatsapp and were easy to follow. Airconditioning available as room was quite warm after a warm-ish day. Overall nicely presented room and bathroom."

"What a gem! Felt like a $400 per night hotel but wasn’t! Very luxe. Perfect location for all of Noto’s landmarks! Great food right around the corner. Best hotel on our trip!"

"The property is beautiful surrounded by lemon trees. It is located off of a busy road which is only accessible by vehicle. You can't walk to Noto, it is very dangerous. You definitely need a car and if I had known, i would not have stayed there. The owner Fabrizio was very helpful and so was Sergio. The Breakfast was mediocre, and beds were comfortable. I think that it was expensive for what we got."
