The owner was super lovely, welcomed as with a tray of magdalenas (cakes) that lasted for a week and he was very responsive to communication at all times. The house is impressive. "At the first sight the house looked light and had a Beautiful view over the sea from the kitchen and on the other side you can see the mountains. It had a lot of privacy and a big swimming pool. But after settling in we noticed a lot of deferred maintenance. There would be 3 bathrooms. Instead there were 2. Several things were broken. Our bedroom floor and a closet had a lot of water damage. After a view days it started raining and the whole floor was full of water. My new shoes where damaged...

"Wir konnten einen wunderbar angenehmen Aufenthalt in Sara‘s Haus genießen. Die Wohnsiedlung ist ruhig, man hat von der Terrasse einen schönen Blick auf den Berg Ifach. Viel Platz zum sitzen bietet die Terrasse mit einem Blick auf den Pool. Hat man kleine Kinder dabei, können die entspannt rumlaufen, da der Pool durch einen Zaun abgesperrt werden kann. Auch im Haus kann man sich super aufhalten, wenn es mal zu heiß wird. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert bestens. Auch wenn man mal ein Anliegen hatte,...

"Ich wurde leider nur von der Putzfrau begrüsst, die mir in 2 Minuten das Haus zeigte und wieder ging, sie konnte auch keine Sprache aus Spanisch. Auf meine Anfragen wegen verschiedenen Problemen wurde auch nur halbwegs geantwortet. Bei der Abreise kam keiner, ich versteckte den Schlüssel und fuhr. Die untere Etage war leider alt und abgewohnt, die obere aber top mit super Aussicht auf Calpe's Strand und den Berg. Super Pool und von den Nachbarn abgeschirmt. "We had booked a 1 bedroom apartment, i had asked if possible to have a room on a high floor, when we checked in the receptionist informed us that we had been upgraded to a 2 bedroom corner apartment on the 5th floor. We definitely got the WOW! factor when we walked in. The apartment was very spacious with everything you could need. "Wonderful front staff and management. No complaints there at all. Only an issue with the shower drainage (it did not drain and the floor stayed saturated and flooded). Once reported, the maintenance tried to say it was user error but I have stayed in a different unit before with no problem. I hope it gets resolved."
