"Not very good,and not so clean,considering it was actually quite expensive, and it's in the middle of nowhere, so nothing to do. Also,you actually have to pay more for the breakfast, and you get just 2 bits of bread, and a small coffee. Not worth the cost"

"Awful check in . You have to go into benidorm to pick the key up,.the pick up point is in a hotel 0at the reception..it doesn't tell u this I just happen to go into the hotel to ask where no 1 was. !?. Took half an hour for them to find the key , I had messaged the place twice for check in help .they didn't answer "

"I believed I had booked an urban holiday in a villa in the seaside town of Villajoyosa.; instead we ended up in a rural location in mountain area called Polop. There were extra charges that I felt would have been more honestly added at the beginning of the booking. Some of the extra charges were excessive. Poor communication (as in IMPORTANT INFORMATION only available in French or German) as well as incorrect information as regards what was included and what was not. Representative on final day...
