Splendid seafront villa north of the beautiful beaches of VILLASIMIUS and COSTA REI on the south-eastern coast of Sardinia. The house is located in a hill located a few meters from the sea, in a residence in a super panoramic position.           
    The equipped beach is 700 meters away and can be reached on foot. Nearby is the heart of the village with: swimming pool, tennis court, organized bicycle tours, mini golf, gym, spa & wellness center, massages, bicycle rental, play area, entertainment staff, mini club, evening entertainment.    - The house is composed of a furnished kitchen with oven, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, coffee maker and everything you need to be able to cook; two panoramic terraces from which you can enjoy a spectacular sea view!

Vue époustouflante, juste merveilleux
Très belle accueil avec les gérants de l'établissement, et une autre jeune fille très charmante et autant ravissante pour la traduction en français pas de difficultés à communiquer, reste joignable à tous moment pour ce que l'on désire. Accueillis avec un petit cadeau de leur part ,une spécialité de chez eux 💞🥰, tres calme et discret, je recommande cette villa. William .
