Great quiet property. Traditional building of Charm, interior redone with nine any comfort in 2007. You will be able to benefit from the warm style of a building renovated with taste. The stones of the stones and the hundred-year-old beams really make you live the mountain atmosphere.
The comfort is not left over: low temperature floor heating, facing south without neighbors, bath in 2 bathrooms, large volumes of living space. Fourteen adult beds are available as well as 2 children's beds.
Ski slopes and shuttles less than 5 minutes by car. Departure snowshoeing and hiking on skis or on foot from the chalet.
Golf 18 holes of Correncon 8km.

Une semaine à la montagne entre amis, ambiance joyeuse chaleureuse dans ce grand chalet bien équipé et confortable. Évidemment le bois grince, c’est un chalet, difficile de se faire discrets pour l’équipe de skieurs matinaux du matin vis à vis de l’équipe marmottes, mais très agréable de passer du temps tous ensemble dans ce grand et chaleureux chalet

Points positifs: localisation, proche de commerces et activités et chemins de randonnées. Chalet équipé au niveau cuisine et "buanderie" tels que sèche-linge et machine à laver même s'ils datent un peu et pourraient être remplacés vu le prix de la location. Intérieur typique avec bois et murs en pierres. Points négatifs: Pas d'état des lieux à l'arrivée Gros point noir sur le ménage, grandement négligé et malheureusement reconnu par la propriétaire. Exemple: souris morte dans le piège dans la cuisine a notre arrivée avec odeurs nauséabondes. Alèses non lavées Aspirateur non passé entre autre sous les lits Couettes usagées Equipements cuisine sales Extérieur du chalet mériteraient un ravalement de façade non vu sur les photos de l'annonce. Décoration quasi inexistante et meubles minimalistes seulement le strict minimum 4 vraies chambres double + 1piece de -9m2 avec lit superposé + comble plutôt pour les enfants vu la hauteur sous plafond et superficie 2 salles de bain avec bidets dans chacune d'entres elles, cassés qui devraient être retirés + manque savon à main au minimum D'autres éléments dont certains mettent à mal la sécurité ! - vis lit bébé apparentes et lit même cassé -plinthes décollées à certains endroits -portes devraient être rabotées car difficultés à les ouvrir et par exemple pouvoir sortir des WC du haut, la poignet nous étant restée dans les mains en voulant en sortir. -prises de courants mal fixées! fils donc apparents! Prestation pas à hauteur du prix!

Belle maison pour un séjour en famille
Nous avons loué le gite afin de réunir 3 générations à l'occasion des 50 ans de mariage de nos parents. Nous avons passé un très bon moment et avons créer plein de beaux souvenirs dans ce cadre privilégié. L'intérieur est rénové avec gout, c'est d'ailleurs bien plus joli et cosy que ce que montrent les photos de l'annonce, beaucoup d'espace de rangement, chambres vastes. Etant donné la saison, nous sommes beaucoup restés à l'extérieur. Les petits ont bien aimé barboter dans le petit ruisseau au bout du terrain, pas de bruit, très calme, salon de jardin complet et confortable, suffisamment de place pour s'installer à nombreux, jouer à la pétanque...Cuisine très bien équipée, avec tout le matériel nécessaire pour cuisiner pour un grand groupe. En petit bémol, je rajouterai que justement je trouve l'annonce pas suffisamment précise et détaillée alors que cela aurait pu faciliter nos préparatifs ( par exemple, préciser qu'il y a 2 frigos et congel, la taille des tables à l'extérieur, un inventaire du contenu de la cuisine..) D'autre part, la salle de bain de l'étage n'est pas très fonctionnelle ( baignoire en sous pente, on ne peut pas se mettre debout+ pommeau entartré+++). Peut être serait il possible de rajouter une douche dans la salle de bain du bas ( ou en remplacement de la grande baignoire) pour faciliter l'accès aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

Super weekend en famille dans le Vercors, le chalet est très bien placé : plusieurs départs de randos, ville très proche, cadre magnifique. Le chalet est confortable, très propre, les chambres sont grandes.... Seul bémol : il manque une douche, il y a 2 baignoires sans paroie ni rideau... peu pratique pour Papi mamie, ni pour les enfants qui gicle un peu partout ... Chalet bon enfant, très famillal ! On s'est senti comme à la maison 👍.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à la ferme des mourets, gîte fonctionnel et spacieux où tout le monde a pu trouver sa place. Nombreuses balades à proximité, on peut rejoindre le village à pied par un petit sentier. Très bon accueil de Joshua. Merci!

je suis assez décue de cette maison située dans un recoin entourée d'orties et d'un toit tout rouillé sans aucune vue. toutes les portes raclent le plancher . Ma petite fille de 3 ans et demi est restée coincée derriere la porte de la chambre sans pouvoir sortir; imaginéz son angoisse! la chambre sous le toit est inexploitable vu la chaleur; la salle de bain du haut comporte une baignoire du côté mansardé, impossible de se tenir debout.
