"This was a fantastic find. The price was very reasonable and the accommodations were superb. The house is well equipped and very comfortable. We spent 12 days there at the end of September/early October. The place is extremely well situated in a beautiful bucolic setting and very close to many key sites to visit in the Luberon. Our hosts were very gracious and helpful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!"

"The house is clean and tidy. It is spacious and has a big pool. Location is convenient and we have a wonderful stay. The cleaning fee is a bit expensive though. Seperately, I have to express my sincere gratitude for the hosue keeper - Yasmina and her husband, who helped us to call ambulance to send my daughter to the hospital and provided us all kinds of comfort and assistance. "Definitely rustic! There is no air conditioning, so on days with little breeze you will want to close the shutters on the sunny side and be in the pool. There are two buildings separated by a covered patio, so plenty of privacy for couples. Our family of 9 was not at all crowded. The property is far enough from town that cell service was spotty at best. The only issue we faced was the internet was out (animal damage to the line!) and it took several days for the "cable guy" to get there....

Each morning a short drive to the boulangerie In Bedoin and then sit outside the property looking down at the world going by with a coffee, fresh baguette, Comte cheese and a beef tomato you could not be anywhere better in the world. "We arrived with 2 young kids to the appartement in a hot July day, to discover there is no AC in the appartement, it was probably 40 degrees C inside which was unbereable. We asked for fans to keep the kids cool but there was none. The pool was very small and busy so not even an option. The room and furniture are very old and outdated, towels disgusting and very very used Such a shame for a so called 4star facility. After 2 hours with no other choice we left and checked out as it was physically...

"It was very nice. The outdoor space and pool We’re great and the unit was very clean. We were surprised the unit was attached to owners home as it was advertised as private. There were some things that we would have considered ‘essentials’ that were not provided - like towels, extra garbage bags, dish and hand soap, extra toilet paper. The owner clarified that these were not listed as included, so if you are staying here we would recommend bringing extra supplies from a larger town."

"Lovely property with excellent staff. Everyone went out of their way to make us have an amazing experience. Only criticism was that there was a large wedding that overtook and closed the restaurant and bar over several days, which meant we often had to eat in our room. Valet parking and breakfast included in the rate was a nice perk. "

"After being in some other congested, urban areas of France it was a really nice break to stay in a hotel on the edge of town, with a nice river flowing by and lots of greenery. It took about 30 minutes to walk into the central part of town, most of which was along the river on a quiet road. "

Exceptional, luxurious resort?

"Whatever your expectations for a five star luxury hotel, this property exceeded them. We have never been treated so personally, so warmly, and so professionally. From the minute, we arrived by car, they expected us, handled the check-in, and moved us to the front desk, where we were welcomed personally. Our rooms and all of the many restaurants, spa experiences, and views were exceptional. Above all, the concierge service was fantastic from advising us before our stay, during our stay, to offering us navigation For our departure. I would highly recommend this property or any in the Arielle family of luxury resorts. We departed with welcome gifts that we will cherish forever. The only downside was having to compare our next hotels to La Bastide de Gordes!"
