"We had a pleasant two night stay at Auberge des Grands Bois. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. It could have benefited from air conditioning but there was a Dyson Air Fan available and fortunately the weather was not too warm. The staff were friendly and breakfast was delivered to the room. "Cheap and very basic. Handy to find somewhere for £60 a night that has a fridge, mini kitchen. Underground parking cost extra. Breakfast was basic, not much choice. "Great. Only thing lacking was hot breakfast. Cold breakfast to go was available for extra price. They also have free laundry facility and also an option to rent bike free as long as you bring it back before 9pm. Very clean, also have AC, cooling facility and fridge.No microwave but oven was available.overall 5 star "

"Ron and Eileen were there to meet us on arrival, the welcome bottle of wine was a lovely gesture. From the very start of our stay our hosts were very attentive, from offering to go the pharmacy (I was poorly first couple of days) to giving us great advice on where to go and what beaches to visit. Everything required was available in the studio and the view was absolutely outstanding across Lac Leman. Many many thanks for letting us stay with you."

"Great location, walkable from the train. Very nice check in staff. We had to take a twin room and the beds were not great, they are lower at the head of the bed than at the foot. They don’t have any extra pillows in the whole hotel. It was great to have a nice size shower and a portable fan for the bedroom area. "
