They were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests, and their friendly demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. Their attention to detail and dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction truly made a difference. The hotel's amenities were top-notch. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The bed provided a restful night's sleep, and the bathroom was well-appointed with modern fixtures and amenities. I also appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable, allowing me to stay connected during my visit. The dining options at the hotel were exceptional as well. La calidas del desayuno bajo, solicite yogur sin azúcar y no había, meseros nada atentos perdidos, hablando entre ellos poca atención al huésped, no había quien sirviera el café desayuné sin el café, el 3 piso y la habitación tipo 3:00 pm q me hospedé con un olor desagradable, a humedad y esto duró durante mi estadía, meseras nada amables, se solicitó bata y pantuflas para zona humedad y me dejaron esperando porq nunca llegó, personal de recepción demorado nada de cortesía con el huésped, filas y para chekin. Muy decepcionada bajo notablemente
