Super welcome from the host on arrival and lovely welcome pack-a nice touch and welcome surprise! Excellent communication with Lesley before and throughout our stay. "What a fantastic setting in lovely wooded surroundings & carp lake for fishing. Taunya was friendly & welcoming & stopped at nothing to make sure our stay went smoothly. Fishing was great fun especially when a carp dragged my rod across the lake. We thoroughly recommend this holiday for relaxing & watching the wildlife."

"Van alle gemakken voorziene woning met gezellige veranda en grote tuin. Mooie plek om in de avond buiten te zitten en daar nog een klein vuurtje te maken op de vuurschaal. Ook de buiten barbecue is prima ! Het zwembad is super, wat een luxe om die bij je huis te hebben. In de omgeving is genoeg te zien en te doen , van pittoreske dorpjes tot wandelen en kanoën. De historische hoofdstad Limoges is ook zeer de moeite waard om een keer bezoeken! Wij hebben een hele mooie vakantie gehad !!"

"Deze gîte bestaat niet. De advertentie gaf geen huisnummer. Wij hebben aangeklopt bij het enige huis in deze straat. Dit huis leek onbewoond.(stoffig en vuil) Ik heb rondgevraagd of er een gîte in de buurt was, maar niemand wist ergens van. Van de "eigenaar" heb ik nooit een telefoonnummer gekregen, hoewel ik daar expliciet om gevraagd heb. Gelukkig hebben we na lang zoeken een chambre d'hôte gevonden 20 km verderop, maar mijn geld ben ik kwijt..."

"Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre location et avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Max le propriétaire. Un panier de bienvenue personnalisé. Des chambres à thèmes. Une grande cour pour manger dehors et laisser les enfants jouer. Le village est petit mais tout est présent : supérette, boulangerie, boucherie, bar tabac. Nous conseillons les activités du lac de Saint pardoux! En brefs un moment très appréciable !"

"The hotel is in an ideal location however it needs a complete renovation The rooms are tired and dated and the en-suite was un workable, the shower cubicle door was broken and wouldn’t close. The complementary toiletries were 3 sachets of shampoo which wasn’t adequate for a shower. We feel that the price advertised was extortionate for the facilities we had. We will not be returning or recommend this hotel "

Points positifs : - Des propriétaires très sympathiques et accueillants. - Avant notre arrivée, nous avions demandé s'il y avait une chaise haute pour enfant, et ils nous ont dit que oui. Cependant, à notre arrivée, ils nous ont informés qu'ils venaient tout juste de l'acheter suite à notre demande. Nous avons trouvé cela vraiment gentil. - L'endroit idéal pour fuir toute agitation. - Très beau jardin. - La maison est équipée de tout le matériel nécessaire. Il ne nous a rien manqué."
