"This is a campground. We stayed in a mobile home. The mobile home was a bit grimy. They have a good restaurant, though. If you are coming in from the Via degli Dei, go around on the road. The gate on the Via degli Dei doesn’t let you in unless you call them and someone comes to open it. They do have a free shuttle to the train station. "

"We arrived late {1030pm} with only one night stay due to airline cancellations, but Sylvia at the front desk was more than willing to help us in any way possible. Room is huge & modern, incredibly view. Breakfast :delightful staff, many options, incredible coffee! Clash check out with a nice man who helped us out with our luggage on a rainy day!"

"We absolutely loved staying in this apartment. It is beautiful, with gorgeous views from several rooms. From the main bedroom, you can watch the sun set over the city. The balcony was perfect for sitting in the morning with coffee. It also could not have been easier to get to from either the airport or the train station- there is a train that takes you literally to the front door of the apartment, so you do not have to haul luggage for any distance on arrival or departure. "Anna was just a delightful host - because we came in late, we asked if she could provide us a simple meat/cheese tray (at our cost of course) and she provided a 4 course home made meal!!!! It was fantastic and we ate leftovers for our entire stay. The villa is just beautiful and had everything we needed and more - be sure to come in warm weather to use the pool. It's a perfect home base to explore the area - but be prepared to drive the curvy roads - which is half the fun! "

"30th anniversary trip ! Arts and crafts was perfect location in Firenza! Away from the main square but only a short walk. Which we preferred . "Our stay at Florence Hills and Resort was great! Service was amazing, all staff was very attentive. Nice pool size and outdoor lounging and seating area to relax after walking around Florence. The suite was comfortable and very clean. We had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed a great meal. We had the ham and cheese board, the risotto with pears and almonds, and the Fiorentina aka a huge T-bone steak. Can’t forget to mention the astonishing views of the mountains, so calming!"

"Very modern, clean and comfortable hotel in a great location- easy to get to from the airport and walkable to historical centre. The staff were exceptional- very freindly, welcoming and helpful. My only criticism would be the hotel's policies on providing toiletries and facilities in the room- I didnt find it convenient to: not have a fridge in the room; to have to go to a communal area to get tea and coffee; and only have things like slippers available to buy from a vending machine!"

"Check in was easy, everyone who works there is kind attentive and friendly! There is is public transportation nearby and it’s about a 20 min walk to the center of everything which honestly doesn’t feel long when you are doing it. Nice food options nearby and always felt very safe "

"Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! We had an amazing 3-night stay at hu Firenze Camping in Town! From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless and hassle-free. The facilities in our room exceeded expectations—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful, always ensuring a pleasant experience. The on-site supermarket, restaurant, and laundry facilities were a huge convenience, making our stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Jeta, the manager, for being so humble and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Also, a big thank you to Dorim for kindly giving us a ride from the camp to the reception during checkout, especially with our heavy luggage—it was truly appreciated! The overall ambiance of the camp was fantastic, offering a perfect mix of nature and comfort. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Florence!"
