"They are doing some much needed remodeling - heavy paint smell in room all nite, & unfinished board under sink, but OK. Thing that aggravated me most, they ask to do online check-in, which I did, so you have to enter CC info & copy of DL, but upon arrival, they ask for both of these again - hate stuff like that. Then upon completing ck in, there was nowhere on there that gives address, or which hotel & I did not have it stored. Tried calling a couple, but they were no help."

Took an hour between multiple staff and a manager and two hotels.com reps before they finally gave me the room I paid for back in August. "Wonderful staff, at the front desk & at the bar. So friendly & helpful, very welcoming! The hotel seems to be in need of a bit of an update - very creaky bed, toilet kept running, bathtub/shower probably needed to be redone/updated. Overall great location & cozy stay, just could use a few updates & some sprucing. "

"I really enjoyed the hotel restaurant and the atmosphere. The pool was beautiful and there were plenty of chairs for guests. I liked that you can get a free bottle of water at the front desk whenever you want. The only negative is that rooms on my side of the building, which over looked the parking area, were a bit loud. A lot of car noises from the parking lot and traffic noises in general."

"Nice small hotel in walking distance to many wonderful attractions. Restaurant is in the hotel next door, great food and service there. My room was small but sufficient for my purposes. The only outlet I could find to plug in my phone was in the bathroom although there is a USB slot in the bedside lamp. They offer free bottled water in the lobby as well as coffee and tea in the morning. The location is wonderful, it was quiet and the TV and Internet both worked well. "
