"The stay was great. The only issue which really wasn't a big deal, they told us from when I made the reservation that our rooms where adjoining. When we called they said that they were and when we checked in they told us that they were but they were not. "

"We’ve all used the quote “You only get one time to make a first impression.” The valet staff set the standard very high upon our arrival. The customer service was excellent. Every employee had great customer service, from the valets, to the front desk, to the concierge, to house keeping. This property seems to operate at capacity 24/7 so they work very hard to keep the property clean for guest. Our room, pool area, gym, and other common areas were clean. "

"Our stay was nothing short of exceptional! The hotel is an historic building with loads of character, and even though it was an older building, it did NOT have a rundown feeling. As you enter the main lobby, you are greeted by friendly staff. Kazzandra at the front desk greeted us and we immediately felt welcome. The room was clean and well furnished. The bed was too firm for our liking, and we mentioned that to Kazzandra. Unfortunately, they were booked full and could not move us to another room. Later that day however, she caught up to us and offered a mattress topper and the staff had that on our bed when we came back from sightseeing. The remainder of the nights were wonderful. Their breakfast is also top notch. Real scrambled eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, fresh fruit and a variety of other choices included with the stay. The pool was small but nice, and even though they were booked full, we often had it to ourselves or shared it with only one or 2 other guests. There are so many quaint little things that made our stay enjoyable there isn’t space for me to mention them all. You’ll have to discover them for yourself. 5-star feel without the 5-star price tag! A must stay, and we will certainly be back!"

"Excellent location right on the beach! Variety of activities and many hotel amenities, I loved the beach lounges with umbrellas and the hammocks by the trees. Villa ocean view room was perfect for our stay."
