"Location - was great. It was beside a metro station and only took about 30 mins to get into the city. It's difficult to find at night. You need to be there during the day.Safety - I felt extremely safe. Gates and codes to gain access.Cleanliness - It was tidy and surface clean, but it needs a deep clean. Bathroom - adequate size, but they need to supply thicker towels and few more hand towels would be really nice. The towels were spit through. They should remove other peoples soap and shampoo...

"Location was fantastic. Situated by a shopping mall so you could walk next door to Uniqlo, Zara, supermarket, Starbucks and McDonald’s and many other stores. Walkable to the nearest metro station. Reception staff were polite. The studio room we booked looked a bit old or perhaps it was the lightning. The beater did make some noise but once off, it was peaceful. "

"I loved this property because 1. They were kid to my grandbabies. 2. We had three little apartments with separate bedrooms from living area so kids could sleep. 3. My husband and I were coming from different time zones so having a separate area to sit while they other slept was convenient. 4. The kitchenette’s were lovely so we could have food for the grandbabies. I loved it. I love Paris and this made traveling with our children and grandchild super easy and pleasant. "

"I was concerned when I read the area around Chatelet Les Halles was too busy but once we were checked in I was even more confused. From the hotel the metro station and a few blocks of wonderful cafes were immediately accessible, and we were walkable to so many Paris attractions. Our last night we discovered the "busy" area of Les Halles to the north east of the hotel toward Le Centre Pompidou, and while it was busy we never felt unsafe. Our room itself was wonderfully updated and perfect to sleep 3 people. The twin sleeper in the living area was comfortable, the water closet for the toilet was appreciated, and there was well thought of storage, mirrors, and a table seating area. The kitchenette was nicely appointed as well. The staff spoke English and was helpful, there was free coffee, hot chocolate and filtered water in the lobby. We also used the laundry facility and it was extremely appreciated."

"Extremely close to train station, perfect for late arrival. Rooms were nicely appointed. Also, the endless drink and snack bar was very much appreciated. The complimentary filtered water on each floor was awesome to refill our water bottles endlessly. 2pm check out was nice too! Would stay here again."
