There were some negatives: a lot of the crockery/cutlery needed re-washing when we arrived, the master bed wasn’t very comfortable and there is no soundproofing in the house whatsoever! "Over all very nice spot. Room was nice and beds were very comfortable! The room was hot with no way to shut off the heater or cool it down. Also you need a code to get your key out of a box in front of the building. Not sure if we missed a message or what, but we never received a code. Thankfully there were other guests who let us use their code to retrieve our key otherwise I’m not sure if we would have gotten in that night. "

"Overall we had a comfortable stay with our dogs. Room was spacious with a fridge, ac, excellent shower and big comfortable bed. Although this is noted down as 4 star its probably more 3 star and hotel and grounds require some upgrading. Most disappointing for us was the outdoor pool which was dirty and not fit to swim in. Last year when we stayed the pool was very clean and inviting. We used the SPA inside this year which was good although very warm."
