Property needs attention. Missing items, hair on sheets, wall paper in bathroom peeling, dirt in tub. No sugar or stir sticks for creamer. Agent at check in only stated room may not be ready. No greeting. Did not explain parking or if there was a fee,or breakfast. Just handed us the key and told us check out time. Outside seating area was never cleaned and is full of debris and leaves. Missed the mark on this stay.

The parking was across the street, very inconvenient, the hotel was dirty, front desk staff not friendly or helpful, no free breakfast, no free Wi-Fi, it was cold in VB so that it worst. That hotel needs be renovated and cleaner, The staff needs more training. I will not be recommending this hotel.

Hotel is not the same a lot of touch up work need to be done on the floors. Both comforters needed to be clean in my room my shower was disgusting had to clean myself and buy a bath mat bottom part of the toilet hadn’t been clean also floor was mapped and walked on wet had shoe tracks across it. Coffee pots downstairs need to be replace old burnt up looks nasty.

Not even a bottle of water complementary need to charge 3.00 for a twenty cent bottle. No cups to rinse mouth in bathroom. Maybe 4 tissues in canister. Dirty carpets

Front desk was not welcoming at all..I even tried to throw in a joke because maybe she wasn’t having a good night and I get that because I’m in customer service but if you’re standing there I’m going to assume that you’re in a position to perform your job duties properly..she was not, didn’t even get a have a good night, enjoy your stay just a “yep” after I said thanks for my key. Other than that the room was nice, quiet and very comfy bed. I’d stay again.

It was a heat wave and the air condition broke. Just miserable. Hallways, property dirty. It was holiday weekend, 4th of July. I had another room through group booking as well. Rooms not ready at check in. Not enough staff for housekeeping, restaurant. Paid fur buffet but they ran out of grits, waffles. Long wait. All staff very apologetic, so friendly though.
