"Arrived at 5:30 on bus. Went to hotel. Had to wait until 7:30 because the electric ring didn't work. On top of that one of the electric rings fell out of place and I had to pay money to fix it. How is all of this my fault? I simply arrive to the hotel to check in and that is all. How am I responsible for the rest? When my brother wanted to leave, they didnt allow him, keeping his luggage. they wanted him to pay the full amount .My brother was insulted on the top of that.
