"I was pleasantly surprised that there was AC in addition to the ceiling fan, which I kept on to keep mosquitos away while asleep. I saw the mosquito net and ceiling fan in the hotel room photos and expected that there won’t be an AC."

"We loved how warm, welcoming and friendly the staff were at the Sofitel. No request was too much, and everyone went out of their way to ensure we had a lovely holiday. Our children (ages 2 and 4) enjoyed the water slide, kids club activities and all of the food options available. Highlights for me were the spa, which was amazing, the room and how lovely and clean it was kept every day, the small and thoughtful touches (duty manager Sol was exceptionally kind) and daily breakfast was amazing. We can't wait to return again soon!"

The time spent at front desk ended with frustration, with little effort made to accommodate our requests. All other staff throughout the resort were exceptional. Their smiles, laughter and energy was infectious. "
