"When I checked in my reservation was not found even though I had an email confirmation so I had to rebook my reservation at a higher rate. When I finally did get to my room I did not have a shower curtain and I called the front desk and they brought one up. The room itself was fine. It could have been slightly cleaner. The kitchen was not stocked with anything as far as amenities, utensils, plates, cups, etc. Which I find kind of strange if they're going to have a kitchenette. The TV was fine....

"The service and cleanliness was very good! However, the furniture and appliances are well beyond their service life. The fridge had a broken handle. The furniture showed painfully obvious wear with the main dresser sporting severely bubbled particle board around the bottom and drawers that the bottoms were soon to fall out of.
