"Hotel Eremo is a former monastery. You are greeted immediately by name by the friendly staff. The property is serene, dining is available outside in a courtyard, at the pool, in your room. There is an amazing breakfast buffet. There is a

or cooking classes by the chef which need to be reserved in advance. It is necessary to have a car to visit the beach or surrounding towns. We also drove to the oldest winery in Sicily for a tour, tasting, and lunch."

"Very nice stay in Ragusa! The location was convenient to new town sites and walk to old town. The bathroom was huge!! Not too much street noise and right across from a beautiful church. We even received turn down service. Breakfast buffet had many options and was in an elegant room. Very clean and safe property. Parking can be challenge but we did find a pay spot nearby. "

"Beautiful location and stunning building, only ourselves and the owners there on our two night stay. Lovely staff. Friendly owners. Unfortunately the room was pretty tired and bathroom needed a good overall. Old marked shower enclosure. Crumbling walls round the shower unit. Shower coming away from wall and mould round taps. Also a ton of ants in and around bathroom. Tissue box full of them. Breakfast which was included was poor. Very old looking tomato and cucumber slices and tbh v little...
