I recommend to stay here for several nights, to see the Napoli city center including the hill of Posillipo, Pozzuoli, Pompei, and Sorrento. "Tiara I think upgraded us to Room 100 which is suite. However, the door needed a key to open from the inside (to get out) which means we had to remove the key to operate the lights to use the key to open the door. When we do that, it s dark and can’t see the door. Luckily-our phone has a flashlight. Tiara meant well and we were just tired to be transferred to another room. Iyo and Tiara and Bruno were nice and very helpful."
