The staff at reception were friendly, let us check in early too which is great. Our room was lovely and clean with good view of pool and sea. Breakfast was good but could do with a bit more variation that’s all. Location is great, right by the beach with lots of restaurants nearby. 1 star lost as on multiple occasions we had staff walk into our hotel room unannounced. Once whilst asleep and other late morning, firstly we had a do not disturb on the door and secondly its completely unacceptable to walk into a guests room especially without knocking. Overall a good hotel but sort the guest privacy out!

We absolutely loved the property. Room was okay. Wish they had a coffee maker or tea option. Breakfast was included, which was fabulous. Went for dinner there, I wouldn’t recommend! Go into the little town, 10 minute walk.

Overall a good experience.
Very good location. Great pool. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. The only downside was inappropriately dressed guests at breakfast time. A dress code should be enforced during meal times.

The room was so hot due to no air conditioning working, we had to sleep with the Window/door open….. We were bitten to hell b6 mosquitoes, cost me £35 from creams in the local Pharmacy

Good hotel, good food, direct access into crystal
Enjoyable family holiday, room was comfortable, cool and clean, pool area was clean, usual scramble for sun beds with many lying empty with towels on for most of the day. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Seating indoors or outdoors right by the sea. Plenty of shaded areas under mature pine trees. All in all a great holiday, the only niggle was our room was on the ground floor and there was some noise with people talking at the reception desk which could be heard late into the night and early in the morning

Modern but poor in comparison to others
New hotel with clean rooms, great pool and views from room. Disappointing no blackout blind so you are awake at sunrise as the curtain may well have not been there. If you didn’t wake up early with the light the cleaners certainly will ensure you don’t sleep past 8am. No free pool towels nor a deposit scheme, 35 kuna each time to swap.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely terrible! Our room overlooked a derelict building site, the room was not clean (stains on bedding and glassware) when we raised a complain we were told that management would look into it and move us to another room but nothing ever happened! So much for an Expedia VIP hotel - please avoid!

The property is beautiful, but the rooms are very small and much to be desired. It is quite unfortunate that the rooms did not match the ambiance of the overall property, dining (excellent), breakfast (excellent) and the staff at breakfast were very charming.

Villa Arausana
This was a great hotel to use as a layover night before exploring Krka National Park. Free parking was a great feature for the rental car. The bed was comfortable and the Wi-Fi worked great. The view over the water was lovely!

Beautiful and ideal location
Check in and everything fine, staff excellent. Room spotless, if feeling a little cramped. Sea view room which was a beautiful vista. Comfier chairs on balcony would have enabled us to spend some more time on balcony. A kettle in room would have been a bonus, to enable a tea or coffee to be made without having to go down to cafe area. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, but unfortunately not very hot. Air con excellent. Bed a little hard for our comfort, but I appreciate everyone is different. Plenty of sun-beds, pool area clean and presentable. I would definitely stay again.

Great, but tiny rooms
We had a great stay at the hotel. It is just at the beachfront and very close to the town, yet quiet enough to relax in the evening. The pool is a great addition especially on a colder day if you don’t want to enter the sea. The only complaint I’d have is that the rooms are tiny, and for the price I’d expect the hotel to have at least a basic gym. Excellent WiFi!

We’ve spent just a few days at Villas A&A, but these were enough to fall in love with the place and staff! Great locations, minutes away from the central. Villas’ restaurant and bar by the sea. High quality food, probably the best we had during our staying and great value for money ! Definitely recommending

We checked in and walked to dinner. The rooms a/c never got cool, making for a warm night. Also, the facilities bar/Cafe did not open in the morning until after 9 AM, fairly late when you are trying to eat, shower and then get on the road.

The accommodation was a hotel room - quite small with a small balcony. The bathroom has a shower and loo. Not sure why they call them "Villas" as they really are 2 separate apartment blocks which are in the process of being renovated. The bed was new and very hard so woke up with backache. .... The mini bar fridges had not yet arrived. But for the rest the renovations have been tastefully done. The best part of the complex is the outside beach bar area which played nice music and served good cocktails. The one morning while having an early coffee there a family of swans swam past in the sea... never seen swans in a sea before! The wooden loungers under the trees next to the beach bar offer a good outside area to chill. They need cushions to make them really comfortable though - just a suggestion!
