Vuelta del Virilla Holidays

I have been a guest at this hotel for over eight years and probably have stayed over 50 times lately each time I go we’re getting more stingy and changing things for the worst. Had breakfast everything was empty. As if I need to eat somebody’s leftovers. Also thier coffee is terrible. Costa Rica is the best coffee in the world. But theirs taste burnt and crappy. Ok they want you to pay for capsules of coffee for the machine in the room but that too they bring imported coffee in the form of Nescafé. However, what is it you want in a hotel. Good bed a good shower and I don’t know about you but definitely good coffee. Anyways, I would think twice before booking there again.

Cute room, nice dining room decorated festively.

The hotel has good facilities and service is nice. The gym is a proper gym. However, our TV signal was really bad, hairdryer did not work, two cups of something were inside the fridge, only one cup of coffee and glass, heating did not work in the night. Cappuccino was not good. Breakfast was ok, the pastries not so much. Some parts need renovation. When they went to fix our TV, they didn't and knocked over the iron and left it like that spilling water. Bathroom air extractor was pretty noisy. Beds were nice.

The room was in excellent condition and clean. Only room for improvement was check in took a while and seemed under staffed.
