WTC Grenoble

The room was a good size. The room was barely clean when we arrived, utensils were not clean and no toilet paper. There was no daily room cleaning. Facilities were run down and not well maintained. The whole place was not loved.

Amazing location, nicely refurbished comfy rooms with all you need, friendly staff, a great choice with only one thing to improve for a 4 star hotel: breakfast! The buffet looks nice but the coffee machine is awful, milk made from powder and danish fluffy but with zero butter or chocolate taste, too bad for France and this Great food region! A good coffee, fresh milk and tasty croissants and pains au chocolat are a MUST for a hotel for people to come back. The rest is so perfect, we did not understand why spoiling the stay with overlooked basics like that. 👏😢

We had an amazing stay at Rocky Pop Grenoble. We found the room clean, modern with neccessary ammeties, good room temperature and the staff delivered an excellent service. We do not speak French but everyone spoke English including the cleaning team and they made the place feel very welcoming. Thank you all! As it was around Christmas time the hotel was very nice decorated and they also had a team of 5 people dressed as elfs which came to visit the hotel and and interract with people. Lovely!! The hote is 15min walking distance from city centre and across the road there are two supermarkets if anything extra is needed. The only downside was that we could hear the noise from the street during the morning rush hour but overall with the black-out curtians we had a good sleep!
