"I would go back. Staff was very friendly and tried very hard to make my stay enjoyable. Minus one star because I had to go buy an electrical adapter and I got lost looking for the laundry. "The hotel wasnt far from the Brussels north railway station and the trams were also within walking distance. Our room was at the front of the hotel and unfortunately there was quite a bit of noise going on up to nearly midnight. "We stayed at this hotel during a recent trip to Brussels. We picked it because it was close to the things that we were planning to do. It ended up being a little further away than we had anticipated, but still a walkable distance from the medieval city center and the entertainment district. The hotel is beautiful and situated right next to the city botanical Gardens. It is safe and the staff was so kind and welcoming to us. We had wonderful amenities. This hotel State was halfway through our two week trip and so we enjoyed having a nice restaurant and Access to services and concierge. We would definitely stay at another Hoxton property. "

"Excellent airport property, clean, modern and convenient with a very good restaurant. Staff was helpful and friendly. Shuttle was fast and extremely convenient to getting to the airport. I would only recommend if you need easy access to airport or the office park where it's housed. Otherwise, it's very far off from the city center."
