"Our little 3 night get away to Manhattan Beach was just what we needed. The restaurant was open on Sunday, but was closed on Monday and Tuesday due to this being a slower time of year for them. We did have wonderful weather, the tree colors were just starting to turn which made a drive through Pillsbury State Park very enjoyable."

"We really enjoyed this place. This cabin is on a beautiful lake with a nice quiet and clean shore line. The all paved driveway and walk ways are an excellent addition. The cabin is very quiet and cozy and worked great for our family of four. Loved the place and would definitely plan to stay again. "

"This was our third year staying here. It is the perfect location to be able to fish many lakes. All the amenities of home. Close to two towns if you do need anything and many miles of paved bike trails, which we have also enjoyed. Planning another trip next year!"

"The space was just right. It was nice to have the room at the table for everyone to eat together. The first night my mother in-law triped and fell on the lip between the pool and the main room. She ended up going to the hospital in Chaunna. She broke her shoulder. That is a horrible trip hazard. The steps ate the top rooms are a trip hazard as well. The theater room was good except for the step up to get into the 2 and 3 row. I couldn't get up there and with no rail it was hard except for the 2...

"We enjoyed our stay at the white cabin. Jeff and Lindsay are great hosts and were very responsive to questions. The fireplace was already lit when we arrived, which was very nice. There was uncertainty as to whether the pontoon would still be available in mid-October but we were fortunate that it was! My dad enjoyed being able to go out and catch some large mouth bass. "ShangriLa lives up to its name, tucked away with a private drive separate from the adjoining neighborhood. Much of the time we felt like we were the only ones on the lake. "The kitchen area was very nice, the accommodations were above average other than the beds left a lot to be desired and not a lot of options for comfortable seating inside. There was a lot of seating at the table and the bar but only 1 oversized comfortable chair. Not a lot of shade to sit outside and it can get pretty hot as the sun is going dow . Recommend d if you don’t plan on spending a lot of time hanging out in the cabin. Bathrooms were above expectations. Cleanliness was perfect."
