Clean and comfortable. The breakfast offerings were sparse and the coffee was mediocre at best, but the room was quite clean and the beds were comfortable (the small square rather than normal rectangle pillows were the only downside). Overall, a nice hotel that we have stayed at many times and will continue to do so when visiting Waco.

It was post in lobby, that after curtain time, all exterior door would require card entry. However the side entrance door handle was wire-tied open. I informed the front desk, but they didn't do anything. So anyone could enter and exit freely on side entrance.

The room. That I had had a crack in the ceiling five or six feet. It's sort of looked like somebody push there hand up in the roof. Either water damaged or who knows. The handle in the tub was loose. The breakfast at the hotel was way below average.

The staff and service were excellent. The rooms themselves had a bad odor. I even changed rooms thinking that would solve the problem. Both rooms smelled like wet dog or mildew or something. Could’ve possibly been the AC units? Very old hotel, rooms/carpet need upgrades. Staff were very helpful and kind. Great breakfast and very comfy bed.

We stay here frequently. Great customer service, super convenient location and a great breakfast included every morning. The hotel is clean and has everything we need. The rooms are very large and can easily sleep four people.
