"Loved the stay. Apartment was very new and looked exactly like the photographs, with an amazing view of the mountains from the balcony. Owner was very kind as well in letting us check out late with no fuss. Apartment was a short 7min drive to Bad Gastein center. 10/10 would recommend. "

"It’s a nice cabin with 3 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms and one bedroom with bunk beds sufficient for five children/teenagers) surrounded by other similar cabins with wonderful views. There is a beautiful terrace facing the mountains. Ideal for hiking in summer. Even though the area may seem a bit crowded (quite a few cabins located on the slope), it is well designed and tenants do not disturb each other. The communal pool for residents is certainly a plus. "Working with Barbara was excellent. Even with the language barrier we could still communicate our questions and she was able to understand. Wish we would could have the snow fall but we’re about a week late. Very nice place. "

"This hotel is brand new and has a lovely design in chique swimming pool style. The design looks very durable. Rooms are very spacious and beautiful, the bed one of the best we’ve had in a hotel! The spa is wonderful with a heated rooftop pool and different saunas. Very neat. Breakfast was super fresh with lots of choice. Located in the middle of Bad Gastein, so within 5 minutes of walking you have numerous dining options. 5 min drive from the ski slopes as well. Would definitely recommend and come back! "

"The hotel is advertised as having AC, this was a key element in my decision to book this hotel. Apparently they turn it off when it gets cold, according to them and other guests should just open the windows. We were promised that the hotel manager would contact us as we complained about it. That was on Saturday and we checked out on Monday. I have yet to hear back from her or anyone in the property. The receptionist offered us another room where they opened the windows. How did i not think of that? I asked to get at least a fan but i'm only a paying customer, why should i get a response? The hotel images, suggest that it is somewhat secluded. This is not the case as i was woken up by trains passing nearby (100-200m) at 7am. We had to sleep with open windows... Not my ideal vacation. The only bright side in this hotel was the F&B staff who were super friendly and helpful."
