The property was nothing like the photos. Fixtures were outdated. Staff were not very helpful in regards to checking in. There is obviously a high turnover of clientele. Corridors were often full of rubbish and linen bags. We couldn't even get our luggage trolley out of the lift. Staff not willing to listen to concerns regarding our expectation of the room. Thankfully the location saved our stay, but we will not be booking at this property again.

We had a lovely stay, the staff greeted us everytime we walked in and out of the hotel. The room was great, we came back to our room at then end of our day everyday to new towels and bed made. The location can’t get better, easy access to trams, trains and buses. Special thanks to Christine and Midia for your amazing service 😊 Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone
