As you walk up the stairs you will be greeted with a spacious living area and enclosed wrap-around deck for your enjoyment. Relax in the sun-soaked living room where you can take in the views of stunning Kapiti Island.

The large separate living room is a great place to wind down after a day at the beach and is ideal for watching a movie with the family. The open-plan dining and kitchen offer fantastic entertainment, and the covered deck is a bonus - sit out and savour your cup of coffee in the morning.

With 4 comfortable bedrooms and a double sofa bed, there is space for the whole family to enjoy. The bathrooms are small yet functional - offering a standard shower box, vanity, toilet and one has a nice bath.
