"We hasd no hot water, maint. tried to fix the problem 3 times, no luck, wasted an entire day, no other room options were given said they were sold out. Had to find our own room accomodations, no help at all from Kauai Calls. Had to call our credit card company to get a full refund. A TOTAL NIGHTMARE!!!!!!"

"Awesome stay!! Loved the sound of waves crashing on the beach from the room. Ocean view was at a slight angle. Our next stay here will be in a unit at the middle of the U with a more direct ocean view. Check in was at a nearby hotel. Quiet resort with 2 nice pools on what feels like a private beach. Walking distance to everything we needed, including awesome restaurants and Safeway. "
