Panoramic ocean view condo at Maalaea Bay

Panoramic ocean views with dramatic Haleakala in the distance! This top floor, end unit is sure to impress. Five miles of perfect sandy beach where turtles love to play awaits below. During the winter months, sit front row on our expansive lanai as many whales breach in view. Walk to shops, restaurants and attractions from this resort. In the evening, enjoy beautiful sunsets and the twinkling lights of Kihei and Wailea in the distance. Island Sands Resort is located in central Maui, making it easy to explore all other corners of Maui.

Island Sands 612 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for making meals where you can enjoy ocean views while you prep! This condo stays cool with brand new split A/C in the living room and guest bedroom (covering front and back of condo), ceiling fans, and wonderful ocean breezes.

This condo sleeps four, with a King size bed in the master bedroom and two twins (that can be converted to a King) in the guest bedroom. The master bedroom boasts of spectacular ocean views, floor to ceiling slider doors that open to the ocean lanai, and an en suite bathroom with shower/tub combination. You can enter the master bathroom through the master bedroom or living room area. Master bedroom also features large sliding doors that open fully to the living room, creating a spacious wide floor plan and combining the living room and master bedroom floor to ceiling slider windows for panoramic ocean views!

The guest bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower/tub combination and a privacy door in the hallway that can be closed to create a completely separate living area enclosing the front door, guest bedroom and guest bathroom. A washer and dryer are located in the condo for added convenience.

This condo comes equipped with TV, and complimentary WiFi. My Perfect Stays provides a complimentary starter set of natural Maui made shampoo, conditioner, body soap and lotion.

Island Sands Resort is an oceanfront resort that offers a pool, BBQ area, and koi pond. This resort is located at Ma'alaea Bay, near many attractions, shops and restaurants. Walk to Maui Ocean Center (Aquarium), take a sunset sail or whale watching tour from the nearby harbor, play miniature golf and more at Maui Golf & Sports Park, or shop at the Maui Harbor Shops. Ma'alaea is located in central Maui, bringing you closer to many excursions such as Hana or Haleakala. There are no resort or parking fees.

Amazing condo!
I’ve stayed in four condos in Maalaea and I will say that this one was by far the best. The double balcony with a great view was superb. It was just what we needed and wanted for our island getaway. The location is central so it’s easy to get over to nearby towns. We loved walking on the beach every morning.

Island Sands - Maalaea
We had a wonderful stay here. The unit had fantastic views and a great layout for a family of four. It was the perfect central location for exploring the island. We made use of the beach chairs, towels, and boogey board which were all supplied. Loved the washer/dryer! It was well stocked. Would definitely stay again!!

Lovely condo
Truly magical. The views from the lanai were spectacular and the most wonderful way to start every morning. The condo was clean, conveniently located, and well appointed. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beach is a short walk away. Would highly recommend the condo!!

This condo is awesome. It is clean and comfortable and the representative for My Perfect Stays was very responsive when we had questions. We spent a lot of time on the lanai watching whales and a few sea turtles. The view of Haleakala is spectacular, particularly at sunrise. We would definitely stay here again.

Maui No Ka Oi
Having stayed in this unit previously, we fully enjoyed our stay. Almost always a beautiful breeze through the unit. Kitchen is well stocked. Great location to explore any area of Maui. Beautiful view of the bay from the balcony, and able to see multiple humpback whales breaching and spouting. Hoping to come back in the future, always a pleasure.

The unit was comfortable and clean. No really sharp knives and only pans had Teflon coating which we won't cook with. We bought two good pans and left them for future guests. Location is great and away from the busyness of some resort sections of Maui. The beach down the roach was great for walks.Very good experience.

we really enjoyed our week at Island Sands. the view from the apartments is really beautiful and it's a great location, its easy to get to lots of different parts of Maui from here. the apartment itself has everything you'd need including all kitchen supplies, spices and beach gear. some feedback for the property managers - more beach towels please. we were only provided 2 towels for 4 guests.

Listen to the waves
Beachfront with sounds of the waves. Great management company, easy communication. Very clean. Maybe replace carpet in the 2nd bedroom to match the rest of the condo? A/C condenser on lanai puts out a lot of heat from the fan, maybe put a small diverter wall so it doesn’t blow onto the table and chairs? Overall a very pleasant stay.
