"Location is perfect. Many places to eat with great variety. Parliament is 13 minutes walk. Check in could've been smoother but the internet in the whole block was out so we couldn't communicate with them via email or call (oddly enough). They had to manually open the room doors for us as they couldn't issue key cards due to the Internet problem. However, once internet was fixed later in the evening, our host deligently went around to the new guests to give them their key cards. Everything went...

"Overall a older property that has been rennovated, very clean, spacious for 2 couples. Kitchen ok, could use a few more supplies. Has one washroom which is very modern, it is on the main floor and bedrooms are upstairs. Bedroons ok in size. one has a queen mattress while other has a double. Double mattress could use being replaced as one tended to roll to the middle. Overall a good value property within easy driving distance to downtown Ottawa."

Instead, it has a faux electric screen of fake flames with gas heater behind."

Convenient Location, Exceptional Service, and Grea

"The Marriott Hotel on Kent Street is in an ideal location. It’s easy to walk to various destinations, and there’s a bus stop conveniently located just on the corner. Parking was hassle-free, which was a big plus. I arrived earlier than the standard check-in time, and the staff accommodated me with an early check-in. To make the experience even better, they offered me a complimentary Starbucks coffee while I waited briefly. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help whenever needed. I was visiting for business, and both the food and service were excellent throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for its convenience, attentive staff, and overall quality of service."
