"I had an amazing time at Coconut Lagoon.I was trapped alone and tthe staff made me feel welcome and at home. Really each member of staff was very helpful. The resort is extremely well maintained. There are free activities. I highly recommend the river walk, it is amazing. The guide, Vignesh,.did a great job in keeping us safe. I would also like to thank the ladies of the cleaning staff, Shanti and Sishwyria, for their friendless and work. The receptionist Sareeka was also very helpful. I just can compliment the manager, who I had a chance to meet, for the great work he is doing. I would definitely come again. "

"Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was very well prepared and served. The room lacked finishing touches like colourful cushions as shown in the lobby photo which left a very austere atmosphere in the room. It was comfortable enough. It’s built on a steep hillside so be prepared to have a good workout for the thighs coming and going to the restaurant and reception areas if you wish to walk; gold cart transport service is available if you prefer. Plenty of games to play and keep busy with if you wish or simply sit and enjoy the surrounding nature from your veranda. Very pleasant hotel in lovely location. The Night Ride could do with a bit more structure and engagement with the guests onboard so they can learn something of the nature of the habitat and animals to be found there."
