"Firstly, the listing stated the pet fee is $50. What it doesn’t say is that it is $50 per day with very strict pet rules. Secondly, the listing shows that laundry facilities are provided but they don’t tell you that you cannot use them unless you are staying at least 4 nights. We had a group of 16 staying 4days/3 nights and she would not make an exception. We wouldn’t have even known that we could not use them had I not asked if detergent was provided. "This property was super gorgeous and spacious so we were able to relax. Guests had more than enough space and didn’t feel like they were on top of each other sleeping wise! We were able to just have dinner and feel safe! The owner answered any questions we had within 15 minutes, which was super helpful! "
