"Very nice property and staff at reception and housekeeping is very friendly. Staff provided a wheelchair (post surgery) and the property was easy enough to navigate. The only downside, I am sorry to say, is the breakfast. On a Saturday morning it was chaotic with everything from bread to cold cuts and plain cheeses being gone. You had to ask for coffee mugs. "This is a lovely hotel right on the river. We were in a room on the top floor with a small balcony, which had a great view. The staff were friendly and breakfast was good. We found the beds to be a bit soft, but thats a personal preference thing. Parking is available along the river for 4euro a day and you get a ticket that allows free travel on the trains and buses locally for the duration of your stay."

"The hotel was good,the staff at reception did not understand my English my first night there i went into the resturant i did not know i had to book a table but the eventually found me one also the car park is a 5 min walk from the hotel and cost 6 Eur's"

"A 4-star hotel (despite rating). Pulls out all the stops to upscale from lovely little entrance with red velvet ropes to well-designed rooms and elegant breakfast room and personal service. The location may be a bit pedestrian but it's a block from main shopping promenade and easy walk to the confluence of the Rhein and Mosel which is a gorgeous promenade and must do. Loved this hotel. A real gem."

Koblenz overnighter

"beautiful family owned property located along the banks of the Rhein. good location with drawback of being adjacent to the train rails, isn't really a bothersome unless you are sensitive to the noise and rumbling. Ammar at check-in was very friendly and courteous. Gave us an upgrade to a larger room, being we were from Hawaii ;-), had a small issue with the television not picking up a signal, so after we walked around, went grocery shopping (market is literally 2 minutes walk) and having dinner at the hotel restaurant, Ammar came to the room, checked on the television, couldn't get it to work so he gave us another upgrade, a slightly smaller room but with the same great views and this floor was newly renovated. It is great for the price, lots of free parking on property and views are outstanding."

"Excellent, clean and fanctional medium-sized room & complete ensuite for 1 or 2 pers. Easy check-in process and helpful staff. Occasional but very minor noise from road traffic / train outside but not an issue. With backpack / luggage: only a 15 min walk to Koblenz Hbf. Only a 7 min walk to the SW edge of 'Old Town'. And excellent hotel: thank you! "
