"Located far down the peninsula from Rockland at Spruce Head, Craignair Inn boasts panoramic views and oceanfront dining. Our room, one of 16, was on the third floor and nicely remodeled. There is no elevator and the stairs are steep; but assistance with our luggage was offered. The inn also contains the Causeway restaurant serving casually elegant dinners. Our meals were memorable. We would definitely come back on future trips."

"Lovely roomy inn in South Bristol, Maine on Christmas cove. The hosts Alex a nd Freddy were very friendly and welcoming. My room was spacious with a private full bath. There is a tower you can go up to via several staircases to an amazing view overlooking the water and pine trees. The made to order breakfasts were delicious. Lots of beverages available at anytime. We had some nice conversations. They are still remodeling and redecorating some areas from their new owership a year ago. "

"First time staying at this hotel, but I have been coming to the East Boothbay region for 20 years. Stayed in the pier building and it was well worth it just for the view alone. I just happened to pick the weekend the rements of past hurricanes from the south worked its way up so it was extremely windy making the balcony good for 5 minutes at a time lol The bed I could have just stayed in all day and been happy as a clam, my first night I slept 12hrs which was much needed. "It's a very nice resort. We stayed in a cottage with water view. It was nice but not upgraded at all. Only major problem was we could hear our wall sharing neighbors. Every time they used their microwave we could hear it beep and the door open and close. We did enjoy our stay!"

Otherwise, okay selection featuring biscuits and gravy, assorted cereals, breads, muffins, fresh waffles, yogurt, juices, coffee. There are two floors with outside stairs, no elevator. The room smelled a little musty, but that may have been because they were just coming out of the winter season."
