"Overall this is a great hotel to stay in convenient to my family locally and easy access to bergedorf and hamburg. The staff as always fantastic. Special mention to Yvonne on weekends. 2 negatives whoever. The first is having no fridge in the room, i am sorry guys simply not good enough for a 4 star hotel. The 2nd no air conditioning in the current hot conditions in europe made for a very uncomfortable sleep."

"The rooms are very nice, comfy and stylish. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom is well appointed with a great shower. There wasn't air conditioning in my room which did make it a little warm but not unbearable. I would recommend to others"

"Really enjoyed our stay. As long as you know you are right on the Reeperbhan then all good, you know what to expect. Even then keep the window closed and it's fine. The room was on the top floor so was good for having a right good nosey outside. Room was clean, very spacious and I would go back. "
