"We visit Charleston frequently and usually book a hotel. After initial hesitation (negative reviews of B&B experience) we decided to take a chance on a rental. This particular rental's reviews are precise. This is ideal for a family, so many thoughtful amenities are provided and constant communication from the property owners. So pleased we intend to book again!"

"Lovely old house with character, beautiful woodwork, and a fresh feel. It’s a place that feels like home as soon as you walk in. Our whole party was comfortable, and the multiple living spaces (bedrooms, basement, bonus sun room with a day bed) gave everyone plenty of room. Gorgeous porch, comfortable beds, clean and tidy bathrooms—we just loved it! Quick drive to the Civic Center and an incredibly quiet neighborhood. The host was very responsive and helpful. "We had my 80 yo parents, sister and a family friend. The property was great. I was initially worried about the road noise while sleeping. However, they did a GREAT job with the windows and the insulation- we heard NOTHING... very nice. Kitchen has everything you need. "

"The apartment was nice. But the kitchen needed more supplies. No baking sheets for our pizza. No mittens or towels or wash clothes for the kitchen. The towels were new and still had the plastic pieces that held the tags. The mattress needs replacing. Not a single picture on the walls. Needs to few more cozy."

"This was an excellent property. The location was within walking distance of many cute eateries and shops. The house was well stocked with games, cups, and plates for kids. I cannot express just how CLEAN this place was. We would definitely recommend for a small family!"

"The hotel was very nice. Quiet, clean, comfortable. Love the 2 rooms concept. Pool and exercise room were nice. The only problem was that the 3 elevators they have only one or two would work at a time. Very annoying and wait times were up to 10 minutes before you were able to get on an elevator. The perks were nice. Breakfast included and an evening snack and drink time. Overall I would recommend especially if you are going to a concert at the civic center as it’s an easy walk away. "

"Stayed one night on our way home from Florida. In a location a little distance away from the I77 but still convenient. Great front desk staff - friendly, very helpful. Room was clean, comfortable, well-maintained and in a quieter area of the hotel. Unfortunately at 1am some neighbours arrived and made sure everyone on the floor knew they were there. Another group departed at 4:30 am and were less than the quiet you would expect at that hour. This is not a problem with the hotel but an issue...

"When we arrived late at night to check in, the front desk girl was super nice. She knew exactly who we were as my son checked in before us. The room was great, Inusually have a hard time sleeping.
