Visitors from all over the world come to see this amazing, man-made wonder, and we can assure you that you will not be disappointed by what you find. Cincinnati city life is less than a half hour drive north, where you can catch a sports game, visit a historical museum, book a tasting at a bourbon distillery, shop to your heart’s content, or plan an evening meal at one of the eclectic local restaurants. If you prefer to keep closer to home, the city of Florence is the perfect in-between compromise, only 10 minutes from the home and offering its own desirable selection of shopping and dining. When you’re ready to retire for the day, enjoy a relaxing evening on the home’s upper-level deck where you can dine on your dinner al fresco while keeping an eye on the kids as they play in the back yard.

The home’s bright and fresh interior is adorned with contemporary furnishings set against modern décor, creating spaces as suitable for relaxation as they are entertaining. Kick up your feet on the plush living room sofa as you stream a movie or episodes of your favorite shows on the mounted smart TV. The centerpiece kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, glossy stone counters, and striking deep blue cabinetry stocked with all the conveniences of home. Gather for meals together at the sophisticated dining room table with seating for 10 or enjoy meals at the go perched up at the counter with high-top stool seating for 3. Great Sibling Weekend
Great location, close to The Ark Encounter. Enjoyed the Big Bone Lick state park, wineries and distilleries close by. Must try Family’s Main Street Cafe. Great home cooking and the pies were amazing.

Ark encounter trip
Property was just as described. Just be aware that there is an active train track nearby. Was not happy that we had to take out the garbage and start a load of towels before we left as we were charged a cleaning fee. Due to weather conditions and roads being washed out due to Hurricane Helene we were not sure we would be able to get to this location; owners would only return cleaning fee, we chanced it and went anyway so not to lose what had been paid. Please note half of party could not come due to washed out roads.

Nice place
This house was very nice for the 6 people traveling in our group. The beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of room in the kitchen/living room for all of us. The back deck was very nice in the mornings and evenings as well. Be ready to climb stairs. When you walk in you either have to go upstairs (living area and a couple of bedrooms) or downstairs (bedroom/bathroom). We didn't know this information before arriving but thankfully we were all able bodied and able to maneuver them. We chose this house because it was in between The Ark and The Creation Museum. We loved both of these. Overall the stay was nice. The neighborhood was very quiet.

Should’ve been pre-warned about streaming-only TV w/ no local, up-to-date news available. Lack of instructions for TV’s and hot tub operation

Close to Ark Encounter & Creation Museum
The only areas of improvement is the listing should say 2 & 1/2 baths instead of 3 baths. Tub drain needs cleaning out also the shower curtain was too long into the tub. Jacuzzi water needs to be changed as it had too much chlorine.

Relaxing Long Weekend
Four girlfriends for a long weekend visiting the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum, we quickly each found our own room and congregated in the living room for a movie night. We enjoyed the safe, family-friendly neighborhood and enjoyed a walk before sunset the following evening. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and appreciated the extra storage space in the pantry. Beds were comfortable. Also we could park in the garage, so we didn’t worry about leaving our shopping treasures in the car overnight. We loved the convenient location between the Ark and the museum. A lovely time was had by all of us! Definitely a great place to spend your downtime.
