Very quiet area to stay and great opportunity to recharge/relax in the spa/gym facilities. Our room was nice and big with an extra comfy bed. Kitchen offers gluten free food for breakfast and the rest of the day. Plenty of parking available.

Staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. Car park undercover and reasonably priced. Excellent value for money.

We stayed in the 1706 apartment and wow what a place I am a regular guest at this hotel it’s always my go to place when in preston wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else always very high standard in all areas thank you again!

The apartments are great and the staff do friendly. The facilities are also good and the food in the restaurant was excellent. The only challenge we had was no TV for the week.
