Welcome to our recently renovated modern, three-bedroom home in Wanaka, with the option of an additional sleep-out, providing the perfect retreat for couples, families or groups. Situated in an ideal location, directly opposite the lake's edge and just a short stroll into town, our home offers convenience and comfort.

The proximity to The Wanaka Tree, Waterfall Creek walk/cycle track, children's playground and a designated swimmers area across the road makes it an ideal spot for a family getaway. Our house is thoughtfully set up to cater to all, with a relaxed atmosphere and a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor spaces designed for year-round enjoyment.

Take in the fabulous views of the lake from the bar leaner in the front garden, a sunny and spacious spot to unwind. The private outdoor area features a comfortable U-shaped outdoor couch, perfect for entertaining or peaceful relaxation. Alternatively, open the bi-fold doors from the open-plan living, kitchen and dining area onto the front lawn to connect with the outdoors. A Weber Gas BBQ is also provided for your convenience.

Indulge in premium appliances in our well-equipped lounge, including a Nespresso machine. Enjoy the warmth of a beautiful gas fire and the convenience of heat pumps in both the lounge and hallway for additional heating or cooling. The home is fully carpeted and tiled throughout, with underfloor heating in all rooms, ensuring a cozy ambiance in every corner.

The outdoor spaces are an extension of the home, providing a serene environment to unwind or entertain while surrounded by the stunning Wanaka scenery. Whether you choose to bask in the sun on the front garden bar leaner or relax on the comfortable outdoor couch, our home offers a variety of options for enjoying the outdoors.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The house was perfectly clean on arrival and had great views across the lake. Really nice home. A little expensive, so for the price we note : Bags of garbage left in garage; Sharp staples protruding on edge of carpet into ensuite; TV in main bedroom not working; Garage lights dont work; Minimal towels provided; No luggage racks in rooms; No bench in bathrooms or pegs for clothes; No drying room for ski gear; No garbage bins in bathrooms. If charging the big bucks, the product needs to be A1. It is the same price as on snow accom in Zermatt. Cheers Stuart

Not right in town but a lovely short walk along the lake into town. Someone lives here, so bits and pieces of their life are around. Actually a good thing, because easier not to have to buy every kind of grocery for a short period. Can’t quite figure out the kiwi inclination to never leave enough toilet paper tho. Happened in every rental we had. Emily a lovely responsive host tho. Would go back in a heartbeat.

This is a beautiful warm property with everything you need. Amazing lake views. There is a bit of early traffic noise if you are unused to it, but I would still happily stay there again and recommend to others.
