"The main point was how helpful Alice was beforehand. I had to change the booking but couldnt with Expedia and Alice did it all and responded within minutes to all my emails. Great service. The place is great and lots of little thoughtful things to make a great stay. My only advice would be to ask for a room away from the road. The lorries start early."

"A great property that met all our needs. It was roomy, had a great outdoor space and was a quick walk to the centre of Wanaka. However, it was not clean and tidy outside. The lawn was long, there were weeds everywhere, broken glass and cigarettes around the open fire and leaves piled up on the decks. Inside was adequately clean but smelt musty. We also had to fill the gas bottle for the inside oven. Rubbish/recycling bins were also full or partially full. We stayed for a week and expected a more...
