추천 숙소의 기본적인 구비조건 확인 필요
물론 조그만 지방의 모텔이기 이해는 합니다만 모텔 주변에 주차할 공간을 찾지 못해 모텔 주변을 세바퀴 정도 돌다가 KT지사 건물 앞에 주차를 하였습니다. 관리자에게 물어보니 아무데나 주차공간에 주차를 하면된다는 단순한 답변 밖에 듣지 못했고요. 특히 장기 여행에 따른 짐이 많았지만 모텔 진입로가 계단밖에 없어 들어서 계단을 오르는 것이 힘들었습니다. 저의 경우 숙소를 선택하는 기준은 호텔닷컴의 추천이라는 것을 고려한다면 귀사에서 선정하여 소개할 때 최소한 고객의 불편한 점이 있을 수 있는가를 체크해 보는 것도 좋을 것이라는 아쉬운 생각을 하게 하는 여행이었습니다.
