"I reserved a double room and when I checked in they told me that I will get a single room because I was a single passenger. I told them that even though I was alone I wanted the double room. They wanted to give me the single room for the price of a double. Finally after getting the double room they told me that because of construction there was no water in the rooms. "施設自体悪くない。朝食も良かった。 しかし、チェックイン時にまさかの予約を受けていません。ホテルドットコムの予約確認書を見せても、メール画面を見せても認めない。約30分、英語もろくに話すスタッフがおらず、携帯の翻訳サイトを使った会話。最後は諦めたように予約とは違うタイプのキーを渡され、ちゃんと確認するけど予約は無いよと中国語。デポジットはとっておきます。翌朝のチェックアウトまで何の連絡も無く、終始不安で過ごすことになりました。チェックアウト時何の説明もなく、何事も無かったようにOK!のみ。デポジットも返されましたが、呆れて文句いう気にもならなかった。ほぼクレームです。ホテルドットコムさん共々説明を求めます。"

"The hostel is on a helpful, central location. Restaurants, shops on the doorstep. I arrived about 3.30am and no problem. The building seems to be a former higher end hotel and they’ve taken over a floor, so the double rooms are pretty big, well air conditioned, high end bed sheets etc. Didnt see the dorm rooms. The owner is fantastic - she was incredible helpful when i ran into some problems during my stay- even took me to dinner and drove me to the station. A couple of the other staff looked...
