"Overall, we loved our stay. Extremely convenient location on the mountain where you can put your skis on as soon as you step out the door to glide to a chairlift. The unit we stayed in was clean and comfortable. Our unit had a double bunk bed in one room, but there was no ladder to the very high top bunk which made it a bit of a challenge to get to... fortunately, we had a young crew that handled it ok. We had arranged for 3 parking passes in advance, yet when we arrived, there were none left...

"This house was the perfect house for our family. The ski hill is very close for the young people to come and go. The non skiers could easily go to the hill and watch. The entry is great for people coming and going. This house is setup so families members can have their space but still be together, and the games room is spectacular for all ages. The hot tub, deck, and barbeques completed our family trip. This was better that we could have imagined we would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you "

The set up was perfect with lots of deck space and great location for a fire pit was a little sad that the fire ban was on but it was so hot that the fire was not needed. "Cozy and beautiful cabin on a rural property near Bull river. We stayed 4 nights while skiing at Fernie (65 km, 30-40 min drive), it was a quiet and peaceful place to stay. Dan and Simone were friendly and helpful. I had trouble making it up the icy driveway in my front wheel drive car, but after Dan plowed and sanded, there was no trouble. We loved our stay, hopefully we’ll be back next year!"

"Recently took our grandkids here for the night so they could enjoy the pool and a local climbing gym. The staff were very accommodating with both an early check-in and a late check-out so the kids could maximize their time there. The hotel was quiet and clean, and the parking lot wasn't icy considering the weather we had been having."

"Great property, had great experiences with day and evening staff. The restaurants are pricey but sufficient food and excellent staff service. Stayed 3 nights. The night staff woman was curt and I complained to the day staff. I requested more towels and bedding as we are a family of 5 would have been nice if towels and bedding was already in room. My issue with her was she spoke loudly and I didn’t when a family member in the hallway asked me a question I responded in Spanish as we are practicing for holidays. I was told to speak quietly as it was 10:05 I felt it was an overreaction to her voice level and my 2 minute conversation. People with small kids and nighttime demands could be more accommodating as I wouldn’t have been in the hall if the needs for bedding and towels were forethought by the staff prior to my 8pm check in after driving 10 hours!"
